AMAZING PLACE

 Who isn’t know this place,  yes! That is Bandung Institute of Technology or also we called ITB, That’s the best university In Indonesia. That’s located at Ganesa street no. 10, Bandung, 40116, West Java, Indonesia.

That is the extensive place with area about 286.830 m², wow! This huge area has 12 facultas, there are SF, SBM, STEI, FMIPA, FTI, SAPPK, FSRD, FTSL, FITB, FTMD, FTTM, SITH, SPS, it is located at 770 m asl and about 180 km from Jakarta, capital city of Indonesia. It's located at the center of Bandung City, there are some public transportation that past this place, there are track from Dipatiukur to Panghegar, Cicaheum to Ledeng, and others.

Iam realy love this place because when we come here, we will feel the comfortable atmosphere.

      Fyi. Boscha is one of the popular laboratory in ITB, but it isn’t located at Ganesa street . Boscha is       the   astronomy laboratory that located at Lembang, West Java, Indonesia. And this place is the famous touroism place too.

For your information, ITB has and Doping laboratory, its the one and only at Indonesia. It’s awesome, right?

ITB has a fountain and some pools, it has many gardens too, thats very beautifull. This area is still shady, makes every students feel comfort to study here, when we enter this place, we will look the students do many activities, such as study together, playing basket, playing volly, and many more. 
Infront of this place there is a one and only zoo in Bandung, ITB is near from center of factory outlet too, like Cihampelas and Dago.
This university is very famous in International. There are many students from other country like Malaysia, India or others.

History

It was build at 3 July 1920 as Technische Hoogeschool te Bandoeng by dutch .It was a dutch University until 2 March 1959 inaugurated as ITB.

Before renamed to ITB, this university has changed the name for many times

1920-1942  Technische Hogeschool (TH)

1944-1945  Bandung Kogyo Daigaku (BKD)

1945-1946  Sekolah Tinggi Teknik (STT)

1950-1959  Universitas Indonesia

1959-1999  Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)  

2000-2005  ITB – BHMN (Badan Hukum Milik Negara)

Because It's was build by dutch, so the most building at here is dutch style and It's very beautifull.

So, that’s all about ITB, actually it’s not all. ITB has a lot off facts and story, but one that I’am going to tell you about ITB.
